templates/ holds reusable starting points for document-driven changes.

Use these templates when creating or refreshing docs so the repo keeps a consistent shape:

• adr-template.md
• service-template.md
• spec-template.md
• plan-template.md
• runbook-template.md

When a new topic becomes repeatable, prefer adding a template here instead of copying an older feature document by hand.
